Successfully delivered to Argentina!
Lotus recently successfully delivered a corrosion-resistant stainless steel turbidity sensor to an Argentine customer, which will be specifically used for monitoring the concentration of 32.5% urea solution .
The sample order process for this export is smooth, and the goods have arrived in Cordoba, Argentina on time. We have accumulated valuable experience in the customs clearance process in Argentina: to ensure fast customs clearance, complete commercial invoices (indicating the recipients tax number CUIL), clear product descriptions, and accurate HS code declarations are crucial.
The core advantage of this turbidity sensor lies in its excellent corrosion resistance. Although 32.5% urea solution itself has mild corrosiveness, the ammonia gas and possible trace chloride ions produced by its hydrolysis pose a serious challenge to ordinary materials. Our sensor adopts a special 316 stainless steel housing, which exhibits excellent long-term stability in chloride free urea solution, especially suitable for working conditions ¡Ü 60 ¡æ, and can effectively resist uniform corrosion, ensuring long-term reliable monitoring data.
At present, the customer has successfully received the samples and is working on developing a matching control display module for testing. We look forward to this solution successfully assisting our clients environmental projects and laying a solid foundation for future bulk cooperation.
This water quality monitoring system will consist of 5 DTS-220 stainless steel self-cleaning turbidity sensors and a DMC-250 control display. Customers can use our DMC-250 display controller to visually see the turbidity values displayed by the 5 sensors. We customize Argentina specific AC plugs and 20 meter extension cords for our clients.
